The Webster Technique
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE
WEBSTER TECHNIQUE
AT TRUE HEALTH
Take the next step to give you and your growing baby the most comfortable and healthy pregnancy and delivery possible!
Proper prenatal care and education can make a world of a difference. The Webster Technique is a safe and effective way to relieve pain, care for your unborn baby, and set yourself up for a smooth delivery, without the use of drugs.
So how does it work?
Even Williams Obstetrics, the leading obstetrics reference, tells us that difficult labor is caused by inadequate uterine function, pelvic imbalances, and poor positioning of baby.
Doctors of Chiropractic are seeing that sacral adjustments and associated soft tissue releases (the Webster Technique) may improve uterine function, balance the pelvis, and reduce tension to the pelvic bones and ligaments.
Restoring pelvic balance can make pregnancy and birth more comfortable. This also allows optimal space for baby to grow throughout pregnancy.
Ready to make the most of your pregnancy?
The Webster Technique is designed to be performed at all stages of pregnancy. The technique is most effective when performed on a regular basis. Therefore, we have created all inclusive packages, based on what stage of pregnancy you are in.

What Do You Mean You Don't Treat My Diagnosis? For a lot of people, getting a diagnosis can be a huge relief. Medicine finally knows what is going on with you and can better treat you! Except, this feeling can be short lived when you are put into the same box as everyone else with your diagnosis. You now get the same "standard of care" which does not take you as a person into account at all! But what got you into this mess and what it will take to get you out of it will be very different than someone else with your diagnosis. We even argue that receiving a diagnosis can hurt you because now your symptoms are what is being treated instead of causes of your symptoms. So when we say that we are treating you, and not your diagnosis, what we are really saying is: We acknowledge the similarities in symptomatology or maybe even physiology that you share with others of your diagnosis; but we also embrace the uniqueness of you and know this is where true healing and True Health lie. By going that one step further we are able to achieve results with our patients they believed were impossible!

Do We Take Insurance? We unfortunately do not, and we know this may sway you away from our care but it is a well thought out decision for the betterment of our patients. We would love to help you use what you are paying for but this comes at a cost to you: your health. A few, not so great, things happen with an insurance based model of healthcare: Your insurance company dictates your care. They get to decide what tests you get and what treatments you get. The people who are most qualified to make decisions about your health (you and your doctor) don't get much of a say. Your insurance company dictates your care. Your insurance company dictates your care. They get to decide what tests you get and what treatments you get. The people who are most qualified to make decisions about your health (you and your doctor) don't get much of a say. You are almost guaranteed to keep getting the standard of care that isn't working for you. Insurance companies decide how much doctor's get paid. Which probably doesn't mean anything to you directly, but it does indirectly. Insurance payouts are always much less than they should be. Meaning your doctor has to fit in more patients per day to get paid the same. You've probably noticed how your doctor is always running behind and doesn't have enough time with you to address all your needs and questions? On top of this, it takes a lot of time and effort to actually get reimbursed by your insurance company; even less time with you. We have keet our prices low, often close to what the average co-pay is, so that you can get superior care for not that much more!
