Naturopathic visits are comprehensive by design. Your first visit is a deep-dive — the most thorough intake of any appointment in our practice — so we can understand the full picture before building a plan.
Comprehensive First Visit
An extended intake covering your complete health history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, nutrition, stress, sleep, and any relevant prior test results. This is where we identify the patterns conventional care has missed. Advanced lab testing may be ordered following this visit.
Advanced Lab Testing
When indicated, we order labs beyond what a standard GP typically runs — including functional markers for inflammation, hormones, gut health, nutrient status, and metabolic function. Results are reviewed in detail and used to guide your specific protocol.
Nutritional & Lifestyle Counseling
Guidance on diet, sleep, and daily habits that affect inflammation, tissue healing, and how quickly your body recovers.
Physician Quality Supplements
An individual supplementation protocol, when clincially indicated, to support the various biochemical pathways involved in your condition.
Constitutional Hydrotherapy
A naturopathic treatment using alternating hot and cold water application to stimulate circulation, support immune function, and enhance the body's natural healing response. Particularly effective for chronic fatigue, systemic inflammation, and sluggish recovery.
Infrared Sauna
Therapeutic heat exposure supporting detoxification, circulation, pain relief, and cellular recovery. Used as a standalone treatment or as an adjunct to other naturopathic care.
