Credits don't roll over
Unused credits expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle. This keeps the membership sustainable and the pricing honest. If you know you'll need extra credits in a given month, top up before the cycle ends.
Top-ups are always available
Need more care than your tier covers this month? Additional credits are available at $20 each — no limit, no approval required. Just let us know at your next visit or call the clinic.
No service restrictions
Use your credits however you want. Spend them all on sauna sessions, or all on massage, or spread them across every service we offer. There are no minimum visit requirements for any particular service.
Cancel or change tiers anytime
No contracts, no cancellation fees. Change your tier up or down, or cancel entirely. Just let us know before your next billing cycle starts. Existing package and membership holders: your current arrangement is honored. Speak with us about transitioning when you're ready.
