THE ORIGIN

I found her passion for massage therapy after a serious car accident that caused a brain injury. Through her recovery she learned the benefits of massage therapy and was able to heal, grow, and learn from that experience. She is passionate about deep tissue sports massage therapy and is willing to work with her patients to give them the best experience possible. She likes to do continuing education whenever possible and also has her yogi certification. Whether somebody needs regular work or just maintenance massage, she’s dedicated to her patients and cares for them deeply. 

HER PHILOSOPHY

I believe health is not built through perfection, but through consistency, grace, and small intentional choices made every day. It is not an all or nothing journey; it is a lifelong commitment to doing what you can, with what you have, where you are. True Health comes from balance, not extremes. From progress, not perfection. Some days strength looks like discipline, and other days it looks like rest. Both matter. I believe honoring your body, protecting your peace, and showing up for yourself even in the smallest ways is where real transformation begins.
